While at the 2024 NMAA Girls’ Powerlifting State Championships in Albuquerque, the weight of the competition was no match for Taylor Rogers from Mayfield High School. After earning 1st place lifting a total of 520 pounds, becoming the state champion for girls' powerlifting, Taylor’s state championship win makes her the first female powerlifting state champion at Mayfield High School. Taylor believes in goals over plans and is driven to achieve another state title in powerlifting. Congratulations to the 2024 Powerlifting Girls’ State Champion, Taylor Rogers.
